Job Specifics: This role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work and rotate shifts, including weekends, holidays, overnight shifts, and overtime during peak seasons and as needed. Key job responsibilities Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity, meeting business objectives across all shifts Support and lead a team, handle administrative tasks, and foster a strong team culture Analyze performance data and suggest process improvements to optimize work and enhance customer service Promote best practices and continuous process improvements in health, safety, and productivity Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes A day in the life You will work shifts at an operational site, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks include managing your team, addressing escalations, working on process improvements, and contingency planning. Collaboration with colleagues and external partners is essential to meet customer demands, involving data analysis and technical discussions with engineers. About the team Amazon Logistics (AMZL) manages last mile delivery in partnership with third-party providers. We focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and innovation, including global delivery solutions like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants. Our team includes both 'under the roof' associates processing products and 'on the road' delivery contractors, working in a 24/7 environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Minimum qualifications A completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience 2+ years in a role with similar responsibilities 1+ year of direct management experience Intermediate-Advanced English (B2+) Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal Preferred qualifications MBA or similar degree Experience with Lean methodologies Project management experience Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive results Bachelor’s in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related fields Logistics background, preferably in First-Middle Mile Operations Advanced English proficiency (C1+) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver excellent results.
