As a key member of the WW management team, you will support the General Manager and Operations Manager in our fast-paced Vehicle Processing Center. Job Description This position will coordinate all onsite operation supervisors and develop strategies to meet customer needs. Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve safety, quality, and productivity KPIs. Support the Operations Manager in managing new requirements from FORD VPC customer and FORD Quality department. Collaborate with HR to develop strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeism. Act as a link between operations, quality, and safety departments. Implement best practices to meet financial objectives. Plan monthly activities according to the production schedule shared by the customer. Job Requirements 3-5 years of experience as operations chief or senior operations supervisor. Knowledge of SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management. Experience with assembly line operations, especially in automotive or mechanical fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. Four-year degree required. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
