Plant Manager

This position is responsible for leading and supervising the plant’s operations, optimizing the supply chain, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The role integrates production management, logistics efficiency, and client satisfaction into a unified leadership position that drives operational excellence and business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in the harness sector (Essential) Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or customer service leadership roles. Advanced English proficiency. Strong knowledge of production processes, logistics, and client relationship management. Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP/CRM systems and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S). APICS Certification Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of plant operations including production, cost reduction, safety, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping. Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental, and safety standards. Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise and optimize all stages of the supply chain, from raw material procurement to final product delivery. Develop strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maintain inventory accuracy. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth material flow. Implement and manage ERP/MRP systems and supply chain technologies. Lead and oversee the customer service department to guarantee excellent client experience. Define tools and processes to improve communication with customers and provide order status updates. Handle escalated issues, analyze root causes, and implement systemic solutions.
