The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, focusing on retaining clients and assisting those who wish to cancel or restart their services. This role requires maintaining high levels of professionalism, providing clear and well-founded responses, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have solid sales experience, advanced English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-centered attitude. They will be responsible for meeting individual goals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring confidentiality throughout the process. Qualifications: At least 2 years of sales experience (preferred). Schedule and transfer to office availability. Advanced English level, with outstanding verbal skills. Proficient computer/data entry skills. Excellent communication skills. Hunger for improvement. Problem solving skills and tolerance to frustration. Great service attitude, interest in dealing with customers and supporting them. Positive attitude and persistent work ethic. Ability to work under pressure and in simultaneous tasks. Responsibilities: Receive inbound calls from other departments to speak with customers who desire to cancel their service. Maintain constant contact by phone with new and existing customers regarding the company services. Make outgoing calls to customers who desire to end their service and customers who have already cancelled service. In all situations, utilize principles of ownership to retain customers and assist those looking to restart. Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high-level of professionalism. Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of products and services. Demonstrate excellent communication skills interacting with customers. Satisfactorily meet individual record goals. Competently manage the internal system simultaneously with the phone call and data capture. Maintain confidentiality of information.
