Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their logistics and cargo movement. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely deliveries. Resolve shipment-related issues with a proactive and service-oriented approach. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, International Relations, or related field. Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in logistics, transportation, or import/export. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts. 100% fluent in spoken and written English (conversational and professional level).
