Senior Brand Manager (Global) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Brand Manager for a global company, who will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance market position and drive customer engagement across all channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail & wholesale marketing, brand management, and consumer insights, with the ability to translate brand vision into impactful experiences. Key Responsibilities Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including in-store, digital, packaging, and communications (sports or fashion industry is preferred). Plan and implement seasonal campaigns in collaboration with sales and merchandising teams. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to manage brand strategies. Monitor retail trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Work closely with product, sales, visual merchandising, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Liaise with external agencies for creative development, advertising, and media planning. Manage brand and campaign budgets efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred 10+ years of brand management experience, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment. Advanced English skills is a must. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working with external agencies and managing cross-functional teams. Senior Brand Manager, Mexico Role focused on developing and implementing brand and retail strategies for Moose Brands in the Mexican market, including leading marketing and promotional programs, brand and product life cycle management, and agency and stakeholder relationships. The role also supports the International division by collaborating with global distribution partners in Mexico to implement cohesive and globally aligned brand programs. Responsibilities Collaborate with SVP and VP to set and meet yearly financial and growth goals for DTR and distribution markets, aligned with company objectives. Align with market objectives and the Mexican Sales Team to create distribution and launch strategies for DTR brands, including ranging and retailer promotions. Forecasting and inventory review, tracking performance and impact on marketing campaigns. Manage budgets, financial reporting and analysis, price modelling, and P&Ls ownership. Provide market insights and shape brand development, marketing, and retail strategies. Coordinate external sales and marketing materials for Mexican industry, retail, and marketing events. Marketing Own and report on the Mexican marketing budget, delivering key metrics. Develop and drive marketing strategy including objectives, tactics, planning, pricing, and promotions for DTR brands in Mexico. Partner with sales to deliver POS/POP and digital campaigns, and manage digital/social campaigns within regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with US team and agencies on PR campaigns and influencer engagement. Drive dotcom sales with global brand presence and seasonal campaigns. Present marketing plans and new toy ranges to retail buyers; coordinate with distributors on seasonal brand campaigns. Lead product development requests that meet annual financial goals and market needs; contribute to global strategy for Mexican market considerations. Analyze campaign results and apply learnings to future programs; coordinate licensing opportunities and monitor marketing regulations for children in select markets. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years in a brand management or similar role; at least 2 years at Brand Manager level or above. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field. Experience or knowledge of the toy industry and consumer marketing to children is highly regarded. Spanish language skills are highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
