Electrical Supervisor

Overview Electrical Project Engineering Opportunity Responsibilities Develop, review and validate electrical engineering designs, technical specifications and drawings for medium and low voltage systems, lighting, grounding, emergency systems, UPS, generators and M&E integration. Supervise the implementation of sustainability technologies including photovoltaic panel systems and electromobility projects. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and standards (NOM, NEC, NFPA, IEEE). Support project planning, execution and budgeting. Manage electrical contractors, suppliers and integrators to ensure quality and adherence to timelines. Monitor project progress, control costs and report deviations. Provide electrical expertise during implementation, commissioning and operational readiness stages. Conduct inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT) and supervise electrical commissioning protocols. Identify and mitigate electrical-specific risks. Support incident investigations and corrective actions. Requirements Proficiency in low and mid-voltage electrical design, switchgear design, single-line diagrams and drawings. Load analysis software (ETAP, SKM Power Tools or similar). Cost estimation and budget control techniques. FAT, SAT, commissioning and protection testing procedures. Regulatory knowledge (NOM, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC standards). Electrical design tools (AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP or BIM). Desirable: Project Management Methodologies (PMI, Prince 2, Escala, Agil etc.) Reporting and dashboarding (Excel, Power BI or equivalent). Photovoltaic panel system experience. Electromobility experience. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electromechanical Engineering. Desirable Certifications: Electrical Safety Certification, PMP, NFPA 70E, OSHA 30, Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt. +5 years in electrical engineering roles or similar; preferably in logistics, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
