Key Responsibilities Strategic relationship management: build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with publishers, media outlets, and creators to deliver mutual value. Publishing strategy design: co-develop editorial and content plans with partners that align with brand objectives and global/local campaigns. Trend scouting: stay ahead of cultural shifts, content formats, and digital consumption habits, turning them into actionable opportunities with partners. Creative ideation: propose and develop innovative content initiatives tailored to each partner and audience, combining storytelling, data, and digital culture. Format innovation: experiment with emerging formats (short-form video, podcasts, newsletters, live streams, interactive experiences) to maximize impact. Joint activations: co-create editorial projects and experiences that integrate branded content, digital activations, and cross-platform campaigns. Narrative curation: ensure all partner content reflects consistent editorial standards, brand voice, and cultural relevance. Creative insights from data: analyze performance metrics, consumption patterns, and engagement to generate insights that fuel innovation in future campaigns. Impactful storytelling: translate insights, results, and proposals into clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations for partners and internal teams. Community connection: identify and propose opportunities to connect the brand with audiences through partners, tapping into emerging micro-cultures and digital niches. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in partner management, publishing, digital media, business development, or content marketing. Strong knowledge of the media ecosystem, publishers, and social platforms. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate KPIs into actionable strategies. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced English (written and spoken). Key Competencies Strategic, results-oriented thinking.
