Our Advisors Client Services team provides strategic insights and recommendations to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits by combining management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets and technologies. Our Business Experimentation specialization partners with clients on critical business decisions using data science and the Test & Learn platform, analyzing initiatives across various industries to identify key priorities and innovations. Roles and Responsibilities Manage deliverables and workstreams on projects across industries and problem statements. Develop strategies and programs leveraging data science tools like Test & Learn. Maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Provide analytical expertise and promote Test & Learn adoption. Lead and structure project work, synthesize findings, and create compelling storylines. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to intellectual capital development. Qualifications Basic qualifications Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, analytics, or data science. Experience managing clients or stakeholders. Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; effective communication in English and local language. Legal eligibility to work and travel. Preferred qualifications Experience managing tasks in a collaborative environment with third parties. Skills in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, time series analysis, and segmentation. Experience coaching junior staff. Relevant industry expertise and advanced degrees preferred but not required.
