Position Summary Parker Lord México is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Bajío and Northern Mexico region , focusing on WSG technologies such as rubber-to-metal bonding adhesives and rubber coatings. This role manages key automotive accounts (Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers) and identifies new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a consultative approach, providing solutions for vibration control, sealing, and rubber-metal applications. This position requires frequent travel and does not include people management responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive clients in Bajío and Northern Mexico. Lead technical-commercial presentations to engineering, purchasing, and operations teams. Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Drive project development from opportunity detection to technical validation and closing. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline aligned with AOP goals. Participate in technical visits, audits, and industry events to position Parker Lord as a solutions provider. Qualifications Experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive accounts. Knowledge of validation processes, quality standards, and production environments of automotive suppliers. Ability to develop technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs. At least 3 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in automotive. Experience with rubber-metal adhesives, rubber coatings, sealing solutions, or similar products. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related). Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
