About the Role Key Responsibilities Ensure appropriate identification and association of MEs/Key Accounts, including finding opportunities to engage MEs when a medical need is identified, to provide support. Develop ME engagement plans to prioritize and engage strategically with MEs in line with the country's strategy. Respond to unsolicited ME information requests. Inform and shape the medical strategy by leveraging impactful knowledge of MEs. Assist Novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific support to study sites in collaboration with clinical operations. Facilitate the process of Trials Initiated by Investing (IIT) at the request of investigators. Serve as a medical resource for disease areas and training in compounds/products for colleagues in the field matrix. Notify technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. Hold a university degree in life sciences; a physician (MD) qualification is desirable. Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in Oncology. Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration skills. Exhibit a strategic mindset, agile learning ability, and strong communication skills. Be available to do up to 90% field work.
