Responsible for placing and coordinating road and sea shipment bookings with awardedcarrier to ship part from suppliers (internal and external) according to material release sentby plant. Key responsibilities TransportSchedule and supervise the transportation of goods and supplies, following establishedprocedures to ensure on-time delivery. Information and Business AdviceResolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information onpolicies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others. Document PreparationPrepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailedinstruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard officesoftware. Data ManagementUse data management systems to access specific information as and when required. Document ManagementCreate, organize, and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a seniorcolleague. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics or Industrial Engineering. 3 years minimum on Engineering Design or related areas in automotive industry.
