Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Shift Leader to oversee warehouse operations during a designated shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver operational excellence. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing goods, supervising routine tasks, and ensuring inventory accuracy. You’ll play a key role in optimizing workflows, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse functions. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and managing inventory control systems with minimal supervision Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and instructions clearly Demonstrated ability to optimize storage solutions and warehouse layout Proven track record in workflow management and process efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 12 months of experience in warehouse operations or related systems Ability to work independently and supervise routine tasks effectively Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures Position Overview The Shift Leader will provide essential leadership and coordination of warehouse activities during a specific shift.
