An essential point in the information channel between product design and execution on the floor.**In this position you will be**:Responsible to train in “safe use of oxyacetylene equipment” for welders, straighteners, supervisors and any person who use this kind of equipment;Responsible to determine/identify technical problems related to the process, equipment, people, document instructions, environment, having the potential to affect the manufacturing circuit;Responsible to try a "real time" problem solving, logically connected in the flow: audit-problem identification-problem solving. Responsible to stop the workstation when technical and human requirements to the proper performance of the straightened requirements are not met;A leader, motivating employees by attitude, technical knowledge, personal and professional skills, orienting the employees towards accomplishing the organisation goals;Responsible to do coaching/training oriented on real situations encountered in production. Actively involved in the realization of the concepts of the manufacturing process.You have a high level in the technical information knowledge and minimum (one) 1 year as trainer/instructor;You own knowledge of technical documentation used at shopfloor.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
