Retail Training Advisor

As a RETAIL TRAINING ADVISOR, you will ensure the performance of our customers with the highest quality by identifying training needs!**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct needs analysis of our dealership store teams to provide them with the skill set vital to operate efficiently and to the best customer service standards.- Train the different school store programs for the dealer network.- Increase efficiency and service level indicators for assigned school stores and participants!- Work with other areas to help build or customize any learning materials needed for trainings.**Qualifications**- Previous experience as a trainer or equivalent, in commercial or retail structures.- Extensive travel availability to deliver face-to-face courses when required in your area.- Self-directed individual, comfortable working under pressure in a high performance environment and passionate about training.- Intermediate proficiency in English.- Graduate of a bachelor's or higher degree; preferably in education, psychology, pedagogy or equivalent.- Desirable knowledge of store indicators, action plans, smart method.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
