Talent Recruiter (100% Remote Position)

Because of the pandemic, we realized a lot of the office work could be performed remotely, and as a company, we have shifted much of our hiring efforts toward attracting top-tier talent internationally. As a Talent Recruiter, you will work with the Hiring Manager to attract talent.This position is full-time (40 hours per week). Hours for this position is Monday through Friday 9am EST to 6pm EST. This position reports to the Hiring Manager.**Roles and responsibilities**:- Follow our hiring processes for remote hiring- Post job ads to online job boards and monitor their performance against agreed-upon budget- Complete scorecards, interview forms, and other hiring administration documentation- Conduct performance reviews with our current employees and complete documentation- Keep informed about hiring best practices in our industry- Stay informed on talent hiring technology- Stay informed on the international markets where we hire- Other tasks as assigned**Qualifications**:- Minimum 5 years in recruiting or talent acquisition- Speaks and writes excellent English- Strong knowledge of talent recruiting technologies and strategies- Experience finding talent pools / sources online** INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION **- Your resume in **English**.- **Question 1**: What's a passion of yours?
