Video Specialist

rn motion is looking for a brilliant **Video Specialist**. You will be developing creative content, working on a diverse range of client work as well as in-house work.Video Specialist in r n motion is a critical role and the cornerstone for business growth. Depending on the project it could include producing, editing, 2D development and/or assembling images, recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, pictures, digital images, sound effects, graphics and special effects.This role requires collaborative leadership working cross-functional on a range of deliverables across multiple product, content, and communication platforms.**Responsibilities**- Visualize and conceptualize correctly the client’s briefs- Drive efficient planning in all the activities, especially in those that demands filming.- Capture or identify studio-quality photographs and video- Work both on and off site, depending the clients’ requirement- Produce and edit content and build a library of surprising quality videos, hiring videos and any other types of videos company may need- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing- Work with creative teammates and with other teams to integrate materials with mastery- Regularly collaborate with the account team- Follow company's guidelines to make sure everything in on brand and company equity.- Be able to incorporate 2D or to fully create 2D videos or infomercials.- Create a sense of community and integrate the role flawlessly into other projects- Drive the company agenda and influence agility in all disciplines.- Drive Knowledge and good understanding of motion graphics**Requirements**:- Expertise in video and comp, as well as in a diverse range of motion design software.- Perform in a fast-paced industry and work under tight deadlines.- Organizational skill.
