About the Role As a Molding Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met. This involves participating in project development and providing input on the best implementation methods. You will also need to comply with quality management system (QMS) and environmental management system (EMS) requirements.Key Responsibilities Manage stamping processes and provide information for production systems Develop and implement new projects or engineering changes Control and maintain product drawings of stamping processes Document process FMEA and coordinate activities of support departments Critical Skills In this role, you will have the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You must have strong analytical skills and be able to anticipate critical points in situations or problems. Additionally, you should be able to establish control points and coordination mechanisms, verify data, and seek external information to ensure process quality. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have a diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering, as well as over 10 years of experience. Your technical skills and expertise in stamping processes are essential for this position. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
