Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll functions for Mexico. This role involves supporting a headcount of approximately 2,300 employees, with biweekly payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing payroll inputs and novelties, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing voluntary and involuntary terminations, communicating effectively with the payroll vendor and offshore team. This role requires strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax rules, and compliance obligations. The successful candidate will also have experience with SAP and supervising or mentoring a team. Manage payroll inputs and novelties. Ensure accurate and timely processing. Manage voluntary and involuntary terminations. Day-to-day communication with payroll vendor and offshore team. Compliance with statutory regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications English fluency for communication with Offshore team. Proven experience in payroll processing and management. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax rules, and compliance obligations. Experience in SAP. Experience supervising or mentoring a team.
