In-Store Artistic Ambassador

We are looking for a skilled artist to join our team in Guadalajara PDH. As an In-Store Artist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization. Main Responsibilities: Deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction by utilizing your artistic abilities. Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding our brand values and vision. Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options. Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service. Co-create special and unique items through our 'LAB Experience'. Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information. Participate as part of a collaborative team, supporting to accomplish shared goals and maximize sales. Follow all procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation. Travel to events, as needed. Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling) Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player Other languages a plus The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating unique experiences.
