Senior Legal Analyst

Do you have experience reviewing contracts and supporting legal processes within corporate environments? Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze documents related to commercial relationships and business operations, identifying legal risks and relevant conditions.Propose improvements to internal processes and assist in drafting key agreements and documents.Maintain control and follow-up of deadlines, legal obligations, and document management.Collaborate with various internal departments, providing legal support on administrative and corporate matters.
