Product Analyst

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Product Analyst to support the management and development of our financial products portfolio, including personal loans, leasing, and other credit products. This role is key in helping gather data, prepare product documentation, support pricing analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product operations and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Assist in documenting product features, terms, and configurations across all financial products. Support market and competitor research to help identify opportunities for product enhancements. Prepare reports and dashboards tracking product performance and key metrics. Help compile and analyze data for pricing reviews and profitability assessments under the guidance of senior team members. Coordinate updates and communication between departments such as Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology. Participate in testing and validation of product changes within internal systems. Maintain organized records of product specifications, contracts, and configurations. Contribute ideas for process improvements related to product documentation and analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a financial services, fintech, or business analysis role (internships count). Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel and other data tools. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Eager to learn about financial products, pricing, and product development processes. Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Basic understanding of financial concepts is a plus.
