Network Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Job Title: Network Infrastructure Project Coordinator We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our network infrastructure projects. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating technical activities related to network deployments, serving as the first point of contact during scheduled maintenance windows, and supporting installation and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points. You will assist in basic configuration and validation of network equipment under engineering guidance, track and report on site readiness, installation progress, and issue resolution, document deployment steps, configurations, and results accurately, and escalate issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on project timelines. Excellent written and verbal skills Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnets, VLANs, routing, switching) Experience with Cisco network devices (routers, switches) Familiarity with wireless technologies (Wi-Fi setup, access point installation, signal validation) Basic troubleshooting skills for wired and wireless connectivity Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage tasks and coordination across multiple stakeholders Proficient in using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, or other project tracking platforms Experience supporting field deployments or infrastructure rollouts
