Medical Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who enjoys working across different types of roles and business needs. In this position, you will be the go‑to talent partner for our Guadalajara Hub, leading searches for specialized IT roles while also supporting key corporate and administrative functions such as HR, Finance, Legal and others. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, influence hiring decisions with market insights, and help shape the next phase of growth for Koch. This position is an in-office role based in Guadalajara. We apply Principle‑Based Hiring, share best practices, and partner closely with HR and Hiring Supervisors across the region to strengthen talent pipelines. Gather and analyze labor market, talent supply/demand, and compensation trends to bring data‑driven insights that influence hiring decisions.
