We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Professional to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as document filing, scanning, and logistics coordination. Manage errands to external agencies (e.g., government institutions, banks) to file documents, make payments, or obtain certifications. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Operational Support Office Administration: Manage the daily flow of documents, handle mail, and coordinate logistics. Error-Free Documentation: Verify accuracy and completeness of all official documents before submission. Office & Facilities Management Space Management: Oversee office space needs including cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and utilities. Vendor Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for service providers, ensuring timely renewals or terminations. Procurement & Vendor Coordination Supplier Sourcing: Identify and engage reliable vendors for office supplies, repairs, and services. Quote Evaluation: Request and compare quotes from multiple suppliers, maintaining proper documentation. Finance & Compliance Support Payment Processing: Assist with making in-person or online payments to government institutions or vendors. Document Management: Organize accounts payable documents, verify invoices, and maintain accurate payment records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role. Familiarity with basic accounting processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
