At Cápita Work, we are looking for an **Executive Assistant****Responsibilities**:- Maintaining appointment schedules and calendar.- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records while adhering to company confidentiality guidelines.- Organize and prepare complex documents including reports, spreadsheets and presentations.- Attend leadership meetings and own action-item tracking and follow-through to resolution.- Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, team and company retreats and travel. Making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings.- Maximizing the CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf.- Providing customer/supplier support.Experience- A minimum of 2 years, direct hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration.- A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.- Ability to work independently- Excellent judgement and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Outstanding attention to detail.- Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office suite.
